This event symbolizes the growing connection between the Israeli innovation ecosystem, Israeli capital market, and the global financial markets — bringing together founders, investors, executives, and community leaders for a meaningful milestone moment.

Gal Shaul, Co-Founder & CPTO at Augury
Elad Raz is an entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of NextSilicon.
A graduate of IDF’s elite Unit 8200, Raz carries over 20 years of experience in the deep-tech industry, holding technical and executive leadership roles prior to founding his first startup, Integrity Project. The company was successfully acquired by Mellanox in 2014. Following the acquisition, Raz served on the company’s board of directors until 2017, when he stepped down to establish NextSilicon alongside his partners Ilan Tayari and Eyal Nagar. Under his leadership, NextSilicon developed its flagship product, the Maverick chip, designed to compete with traditional GPU and CPU architectures through the company’s proprietary Intelligent Compute Architecture. NextSilicon introduces a new approach to high-performance computing by dynamically adapting hardware to workload demands. Today, NextSilicon is valued at approximately $1.6 billion and employs more than 400 employees across Israel and globally. The company is considered a significant player in the HPC market and the rapidly evolving AI sector.
Hadar Avtalion
Hadar Avtalion leads 8200 Angels, the 8200 Alumni Association’s investment vehicle, focused on joining leading VC backed rounds, in 8200 alumni founded startups. Her background includes advising funds and startups, working at AWS’ Global Startup BD team, co-founding Cerca Partners, a co-investment VC fund and building the business team of a UK based, Accel backed, startup as the 7th employee. She is an 8200 alumna with an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Tel-Aviv University.
Ohad Hever is the COO and co-founder of UVeye
The AI-powered vehicle inspection company is transforming how the automotive industry inspects and manages vehicles at scale.
Since co-founding the company with his brother Amir in 2016, Ohad has built and led UVeye’s global operational engine. He heads the Israeli office and oversees manufacturing, supply chain, production, and worldwide deployments. Under his leadership, UVeye has scaled from early prototypes to hundreds of systems deployed globally, supported by structured installation playbooks and a combination of in-house and third-party teams operating across multiple regions.
Ohad specializes in complex technical project management, integrating hardware, optics, lighting, and AI into reliable, high-performance systems installed across dealerships, OEM facilities, ports, rental fleets, and logistics hubs.
Before UVeye, he served as VP of Product at ELGOTEAM and previously worked in 3D mapping technologies. He holds a degree in Medical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.

With a strong foundation in cybersecurity and go-to-market leadership, Lavi plays a key role in driving Upwind’s rapid growth and establishing it as a category leader in the CNAPP space. Before Upwind, Lavi held a key leadership role at Spot.io, where he helped scale the business through hypergrowth and played a key role in its successful acquisition by NetApp. His experience spans cloud infrastructure, product strategy, and enterprise security, making him a trusted voice for CISOs and security teams navigating complex cloud risk.
Yonatan Itai, Co-Founder and VP R&D at Cyera
As Co-Founder and VP R&D at Cyera, Yonatan has led the company’s R&D organization from day one, building the industry-leading AI & Data Security Platform that enables global enterprises to adopt AI at scale by securing the data that fuels it. Cyera provides organizations with precise visibility into their data and the controls required to secure it across cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven environments. The growth and expansion of the R&D organization has been central to Cyera’s rise to a $9B valuation in just four years. Yonatan began his career in Israel’s Talpiot program, where he served alongside Cyera Co-founders Yotam Segev (CEO) and Tamar Bar-Ilan (CTO). He went on to spend eight years in Israeli Military Intelligence in Cyber Research & Development, building and leading large-scale, mission-critical systems. Under his leadership, Cyera’s R&D organization has rapidly grown to over 300 engineers, and continues to advance modern AI and data security with speed and meaningful industry impact.
