As space and deep tech companies move from research, product development, and early traction into real growth, hiring becomes mission-critical. The conversation shifts from “who can help us build this?” to “how do we scale the team, preserve the culture, and bring in the people who can help us execute?”
This breakfast is designed to create a warm, useful start to the week with networking, founder/operator conversation, and a panel-style discussion around the people side of scaling space and deep tech companies.
