Most leaders we've spoken with have similar challenges with AI adoption: their company is using it, their teams are running pilots and buying licenses, but they are not sure where their AI initiatives are headed. The larger decisions sit unmade. Where does AI fit in the next two years of your business strategy? How do you hire for AI skills? Which workflows do you actually rebuild? Those calls belong to senior leadership, and most senior leaders have had no room to navigate them properly.
Superfluid Momentum is that room: a recurring series of closed-door sessions exclusively for the people who own strategic decisions around AI. This session covers communicating and rolling out an effective AI strategy, hiring for and developing AI skills in your workforce, and moving adoption past the pilot stage into systems your teams use regularly. Expect direct conversations led by operators who deploy AI inside enterprises, and open discussions and networking with other leaders working on similar challenges and mandates.
The room will include founders, C-suite executives, directors and chiefs of staff, and HR and transformation leaders from some of Singapore's most reputable and forward-thinking companies in technology, financial services, media, and retail.
