​Max is CEO of Harmonic, the startup discovery platform venture investors use to find and track companies and founders. Before Harmonic, he spent several years at Google working across analytics, data warehousing, ML and modeling, and software engineering. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the jiu jitsu mat, mountain biking, or running with the Harmonic Running Club.

​Keshvi Radia, Head of Product & Data @ Balderton

​Keshvi leads product and data at Balderton, where she has driven the strategy and build-out of the firm’s investment team and portfolio products since 2022. Before Balderton, she led payments product at Allica Bank and worked in data consulting at Mastercard and Applied Predictive Technologies, helping organizations across EMEA make data-driven decisions. She studied Mathematics at the University of Oxford.

​Andre is the founder of Data Driven VC and a Partner at Earlybird VC where he focus on Enterprise Software with a particular interest in AI, infrastructure, data/developer/design tools, OSS, and robotics. Additionally, Andre leads Earlybird’s Engineering team and the development of their data platform EagleEye.
