🔁 Dev Days — Toronto (Round 3)

Toronot showed up — so we’re coming back.

After the energy, turnout, and “when’s the next one?” from our first events hitting our DMs, Dev Days is returning to Toronto for a third edition, driven entirely by community demand.

Once again, we’re bringing together builders, maintainers, and developers across Vancouver's tech ecosystem for an evening focused on real GitHub‑powered workflows, modern AI‑assisted development, and hands‑on demos.

Whether you’re using VS Code, JetBrains, Cursor, Claude Code, or anything else in your stack, this meetup is GitHub‑centric but fully tool‑agnostic. Come as you are. Code how you like.

What to Expect

  • Practical, real‑world GitHub + Copilot workflows

  • High‑signal lightning talks and live demos

  • Honest conversations about AI‑assisted development, CI/CD, and agentic workflows

  • A friendly, social space to connect with the local dev community

🎤 Speakers

  • Ricardo Covo - SE @ Microsoft: Intro

  • Alex Turlov - Principal Consultant @ Alta Computing: Real World SSD with SpecKit
