In Good Company: Founder Office Hours
Founder Office Hours
A small-group problem-solving session for founders and small business builders
Founder Office Hours is a practical, facilitator-led discussion for people building something in its early stages and looking for clarity on real decisions.
Each session features experienced operators who help founders think through challenges around money, traction, and priorities. This is a working conversation—not a panel, pitch event, or workshop.
This session is designed to make experienced operator insight accessible without the cost or commitment of ongoing consulting.
Format
Small group, live discussion
No slides, no pitching
Real questions, real feedback
Participation
Two participants will be selected for a hot seat to briefly share a current challenge and work through it live with the guest experts and group. Everyone else participates through discussion and questions. Hot seat participation is optional.

Early-stage founders
Small business owners and solo founders
