Clay Date at Boichik: A Creative Day for Parents + Kids
Spend an afternoon making memories at Boichik Bagels with creativity, community, and family fun on Boichik's sunny outdoor patio in Los Feliz.
This special parent + child experience invites you both to paint your own pre-made ceramic keepsake. Each participant will choose one pre-made ceramic piece to paint—either a mug, espresso cup, or small trinket tray (selection and exact design will vary)—and personalize it with colorful ceramic glazes while enjoying a relaxed afternoon together. This is a pottery painting experience, no handbuilding required. No experience is necessary, just come ready to get creative!
While the painting is underway, kids can visit Boichik's interactive pizza bagel topping bar to build their own delicious pizza bagel with a variety of fun toppings. A live DJ will keep the vibes high as you paint, snack, and spend quality time together.
Your ticket includes:
Admission for one parent + one child (additional child tickets may be purchased separately)
Two pre-made ceramic pieces to paint (one for each participant; exact design will vary)
All pottery paints, materials, instruction, glazing, and kiln firing
A build-your-own pizza bagel topping bar for your child, courtesy of Boichik Bagels
Live DJ and an afternoon of music, creativity, and community
Once complete, we'll professionally glaze and kiln-fire your painted ceramic pieces, making them food-safe and ready for pickup approximately two weeks after the event. You simply paint your piece—we'll take care of the rest.
