WORKSHOP: Leading with Instinct

​As we advance in our careers, we're often thrown into managerial positions without proper training or care. On top of our day-to-day responsibilities, we're expected to "learn on the job" and "figure it out" as managers. There are a slew of books out there that pushes certain traditional views of leadership and what's been expected of leaders. But as we evolve as a society, our views on "great leaders" will also shift. So, what kind of leader do you want to be? 

​Join us for a workshop on “Leading with Instinct,” led by Ambika Pai, Chief Strategy Officer at Mekanism. This workshop is designed for folks who have reached an inflection point in their leadership journey, including but not limited to:

• ​stepping into a new leadership role

• ​managing an intern, project, account team

• ​building out a team

• ​rewriting a strategy process or putting your own stamp on it

​ Ambika will guide us in a workshop that will help us: 

• ​become aware of our own internal wiring and assumptions when it comes to leadership

• ​understand how we can reorient to define leadership for ourselves

• ​ultimately start to implement a version of leadership that feels comfortable, natural, and of course, instinctual
