About Event

A 3-hour workshop grounded in reflection and creativity for women who feel something changing — even if they can’t quite name it yet.

You don’t need a breakthrough.

You don’t need a plan.

You just need a little space to listen and be free to explore.

In this workshop, we step out of the roles, the noise, the expectations and into something quieter, more honest, more yours.

What We’ll Do

You’ll work with simple creative tools — writing, drawing, intuitive prompts — not to “make art,” but to access what’s already there.

You might surprise yourself.

You’ll likely recognize something you’ve been circling for a while.

And you’ll leave with something tangible that captures it.

What You Leave With

A personal Story Compass — something you’ve created that reflects where you are and what’s calling you next — plus a way to keep listening beyond the workshop.

Who This Is For

Women at a threshold.

That might look like:

– Midlife shifts (including perimenopause/menopause)

– A role or identity that no longer fits

– A quiet sense that something new is trying to emerge

– A desire to reconnect with creativity, intuition, or self

No artistic experience needed.

About the Space

Small group (max 10)

Thoughtfully guided, but open.

Quiet when you need it, connection when you want it.

About Your Guide

Dorothy Vollmer

Storyteller | Host

I design spaces like this because I needed one.

After years of following paths that made sense on paper, I found myself asking different questions, and discovering that the answers didn’t come from thinking harder, but from listening within with more openness.

That’s what Pause With Purpose is for.
