Sweat & Scale : Women's Sauna Series
We’re done with networking events that feel like work.
You know the ones, a panel you half-listen to, a room full of people you already know, and a vague sense that you could’ve just sent an email.
BuildHer is built on three things: community, sprints, and residency. Real support, real accountability, real conversations. This event is an extension of that, just with more heat and fewer slides.
So we’re trying something different.
A small, intimate sauna session designed for the conversations that actually matter. No pitches. No panels. Just 10 female founders, mild heat, and the kind of honesty that’s hard to find in a conference room.
(Science backs this up. Heat exposure genuinely increases divergent thinking. Turns out a sauna is a surprisingly good place to think clearly.)
The Format
Three saunas. Three conversations. You rotate between them. Cold plunge in between, so consider yourself warned. 🥶
1️⃣ Growth without the guesswork Where early-stage growth usually breaks and how to fix it without throwing more budget at the problem.
2️⃣ Standing out when everyone sounds the same How to build a personal brand with AI that actually converts attention into revenue. Not just more content, the right content.
3️⃣ The stuff nobody talks about What pressure really does to you. How your identity shifts as a founder. What resilience actually looks like when things aren’t going to plan.
There are also private saunas if you want a quieter 1:1 or just five minutes of silence. We get it.
PLEASE NOTE : Sauna would be available from 3-4 pm and 4-5pm for post sauna mingle. Please carry your own towel for hygiene purposes xx
Why keep it small?
We cap everything we do at BuildHer, because quality of conversation beats size of room, every time. Expect 10-15 founders who are genuinely in the thick of building. Pre-qualified, warm, and there for the right reasons.
Afterwards there’s time to hang out and meet people without it feeling forced. There are showers so you can head straight to the office.
Tickets are £15, that just covers the sauna. We’re not making anything from this. It’s community, the way we’ve always done it.
