Meet All3 Mantis: Live Demo in San Francisco
On 5 October in San Francisco, we're showcasing the next generation All3 Mantis, our autonomous heavy-duty quadruped construction robot, to the Bay Area robotics and physical AI community for the first time.
It's a small gathering of engineers, investors, and a few journalists.
At the demo, the Mantis team will explain why we chose four legs and a modular architecture over a humanoid, and what changes when you can redesign the process around the robot. We'll also cover where learned control pays off on a heavy-duty legged robot and where a deterministic layer has to stay, how to collect demonstration data for a robot that isn't human-shaped, and what safety means for a robot running large models.
We're really looking forward to meeting the California community and hearing what you think. The engineers who built Mantis will be with us all evening, and they'd be happy to answer any questions you bring. If you're working on similar problems, we'd love to hear how you’re approaching them.

About All3
All3 is a technology company that is replacing the entire multi-storey construction stack by vertically integrating AI design, automated robotic manufacturing and All3 Mantis, an autonomous heavy-duty quadruped robot that assembles and finishes buildings on site.
This new model is engineered to deliver cost savings of up to 30%, timeline reductions up to 50%, and up to 25% less embodied carbon compared to traditional construction methods – without any limitations on form, function, or appearance.
