About Event

The weeks leading up to the holidays often feel like a sprint you didn’t sign up for. Your calendar is full, your mind is juggling a dozen things, and you’re already feeling scattered.

This evening retreat is designed to help you exhale.

It’s your permission to unwind, gather your energy, and reconnect to your center before the holiday season begins.

Saturday night is all about release — letting your body soften, your breath deepen, and your nervous system settle so you can meet what’s ahead from a place of clarity and steadiness.

What to Expect (5-Hour Experience)

  • Arrival & Grounding — Welcome tea and intention setting in an intimate, phone-free space.

  • Yoga with Austeen — Evening unwind to soften tension and release scattered energy.

  • Sacred Cacao Ceremony — Heart-opening ritual led by Emefa to prepare for deep inner work.

  • Guided Breathwork Journey — Transformational session with Emefa using music, sensory reduction, and nervous system regulation.

  • Creative Integration & Nourishment — Journaling, art, reflection, or quiet rest, plus a seasonal meal to ground your body.

  • Closing Circle — Harvest insights, anchor your wholeness, and carry the medicine home.

Emefa Boamah — Somatic & Embodiment Coach, breathwork facilitator, and spiritual guide rooted in ancestral wisdom from the Ewe Tribe of Ghana.


Austeen Heeney — Award-winning massage therapist and movement specialist weaving yoga, drumming, and earth-based practices.

Together, they co-hold a deeply restorative container designed to bring you back to your center.
