I'll kick things off by walking through the AI orchestrator I've been building for the last few months. It's not just "I use Claude Code." It's a layered system: Claude Code as the harness in the middle, a library of skills doing the judgment, and a stack of deterministic tools and CLIs underneath. Routing across multiple businesses, multiple projects, multiple inboxes. Twenty minutes, real screen, real code.
Then the floor's open. If you've got a stack or a workflow you like, share it. If you've got a question or a stuck point, bring it up. If you just want to listen and eat, that's also fine. Think of it as part workshop, part show-and-tell.
