​Your pop-up community sauna in the wilds of Sintra, built by our very own hands within the ruins of an abandoned chicken farm. Raw, real, and simple. A place to sweat, connect, and strip it all back.

​🔥 What to Expect

​Doors open at 16:00
Sauna ceremonies at 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00
Sauna, hot tub & ice baths open all afternoon
Closing time 21:00

​☕️ Nourishment

​Homemade dal included (served around 19:00)
Infused teas and waters (help yourself)
Bodywork appointments available in the Massage Tipi €30/30min

​🩴 Bring

​Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying)
Flip-flops/sandals (to be worn on the land)
Water bottle
Warm layers for later

​We are a nude sauna – fabrics optional.
A space of no shame, no judgment, just you –
Comfortable, as you are.
