Darius Sit is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of QCP, Asia’s leading digital asset partner and a global market maker in digital asset derivatives. Guided by the vision of making Bitcoin a core asset on institutional balance sheets, he has driven QCP’s institutional trading strategies, helping to bridge traditional and digital finance. Since founding QCP in 2017, he has driven its institutional trading strategies, helping to bridge traditional and digital finance. A recognized thought leader, Darius is frequently sought after for his insights on crypto markets. He also leads QCP’s early-stage investments in blockchain infrastructure, data analytics, and DeFi. Prior to QCP, he was a trader at Dymon Asia Capital and BNP Paribas. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours in Finance.
Michael Prendiville is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of JellyC, a leading digital asset investment manager founded in 2021. An experienced CEO with a demonstrated history in investment management and digital assets, Michael brings over 25 years of expertise across banking, hedge funds, and global financial markets. He is skilled in financial risk management, trading, proprietary strategies, and investment structuring. Michael previously founded TAF Capital, a family office and trustee, and the ABE Fund, a Cayman Islands currency and global macro hedge fund. He holds an academic background in economics and finance and is passionate about bridging traditional and digital finance through innovative investment solutions.
Nichel Gaba currently serves as the CEO and Founder of PDAX (Philippine Digital Asset Exchange) since 2017. A Series B-funded FinTech startup and duly licensed and regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, PDAX stands as the Philippines' homegrown asset wealth app. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, earning a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Prior to founding PDAX, Nichel spent his entire career in the global financial markets for nearly 6 years - in banking, asset management, trust and securities services, with notable positions at renowned institutions such as HSBC, Macquarie Capital, and Evercore.
Shiliang Tang is the Managing Partner of Monarq Asset Management. He previously founded LedgerPrime in 2017, which scaled to $400M AUM by 2022 and was ultimately acquired. He also co-founded Arbelos Markets, a principal trading firm specializing in digital asset derivatives, which FalconX acquired at the end of 2024. Prior to LedgerPrime and Arbelos Markets, Shiliang co-founded WorldCover, a fintech firm backed by Y Combinator and other prestigious VC firms. Shiliang started his career on the proprietary trading desks of Merrill Lynch and UBS, where he focused on volatility trading and high frequency strategies. Shiliang received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from MIT and holds CFA and CAIA designations.
Charmaine Tam is Head of OTC at Hex Trust, where she leads the firm’s global over-the-counter trading operations, delivering seamless execution and liquidity solutions for institutional and high-net-worth clients. With 15 years' experience at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto, Charmaine has held senior trading and leadership roles at major institutions including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Macquarie, and Barclays, as well as leading digital asset platforms including OSL and most recently, HashKey Exchange, where she led the OTC trading team as the sole licensed Responsible Officer under Hong Kong SFC Type 1 and Type 7 licenses. Charmaine holds a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Computing from Imperial College London, combining deep technical understanding with commercial and regulatory expertise.
