About Solat Zaidi
Solat Zaidi is the first Pakistani woman to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program. She is the founder of Mind Body Soul Sisterz, a nonprofit creating culturally grounded, multilingual well-being interventions. Her work focuses on system-level change—building inclusive, accessible frameworks that bring Positive Psychology to underserved communities. Solat holds a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry, is a trained facilitator for the Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and is currently training as a Meaning and Purpose in Life practitioner. She contributed the chapter on Belonging to The Flourishing Center Collective Book, where she explores inclusion, identity, and the conditions that help individuals feel seen and valued. Solat has spoken at the United Nations and other global forums, advocating for culturally inclusive, justice-oriented models of well-being that blend science with compassion. Her mission is to bridge gaps in access to flourishing across language, culture, and systems.
