​​Martina and Ksenia are both pursuing successful careers in the space sector and have led projects with international clients across various industries to drive meaningful change.

​We decided to start this community to share our knowledge and to support fellow change-makers who are looking to do more in their lives and for this world.

​​Martina has spent the past decade building businesses across the space, finance, and energy sectors, ranging from concept to IPO stage. She is also a TEDx speaker and an athlete.

​​Ksenia is a mentor and entrepreneur who has helped over 200 space & tech professionals build their brands and take their careers to the next level, through her companies Re.Brand and BluDot.
