our hope: may we put our phones down more often, because there's a whole life waiting to be lived beyond our screens.

leo xia (aka lowhi), is a los-angeles based men’s mental health facilitator. he hosts men's support groups and events through Proud Asian Men and Asian Mental Health Project. leo created these spaces to combat the global male loneliness epidemic and to support men in creating the life that they dream of through emotional intelligence and communication.
andre & grace are the founders of alt-space. andre primarily works in the intersection of creativity and environmentalism as the program director of Earth Calling, as well as composing his own music. grace is a therapist working with adults and couples in highland park at Therapy on Fig, and is one of the co-hosts on the podcast TCM Talk Therapy.
