​This workshop takes you from zero to building on Avalanche. You start with the basics, write real code, and finish with working deployments.

• ​Ecosystem overview: DeFi, RWA, AI agents, onchain applications

• ​How students get involved: grants, programs, Build Games, Team1

​Session 2: Hands-on Workshop

• ​Setting up your development environment

• ​Writing and deploying a smart contract on Avalanche

• ​Creating your own L1

• ​Testing and verifying your deployments

​Session 3: Avalanche Speedrun

• ​Build anything you want on Avalanche

• ​Guided challenges and real-world project ideas

• ​Rapid experimentation and prototyping

​What to expect:

• ​Bring your laptop. You will write and deploy code.

• ​No prior Avalanche experience needed. Basic programming knowledge is enough.

• ​Catered event with food and refreshments for all attendees.

• ​You walk out with deployed contracts, a working L1, and a project idea in progress.

​Prerequisites:

• ​A laptop with internet access

• ​Basic knowledge of any programming language

• ​Node.js installed (latest LTS version)
