Su Belagodu is a Fractional Chief Product Officer, AI Product Strategist, and Managing Partner at Intellectus Advisors, where she advises founders and executive teams on AI strategy, product innovation, and responsible AI adoption. With more than 18 years of experience building and scaling SaaS and AI-native products, she has led organizations from early product concepts to product-market fit, growth, and acquisition, including serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of an agentic AI startup and VP of Product at a ~$30M ARR company. Su is also the creator of a proprietary Human-in-the-Loop maturity framework that helps organizations design and scale trustworthy human-AI systems. She is a contributor to the Forbes Technology Council, where she writes about AI product strategy, responsible AI, and the future of human-AI collaboration.
