​In this 45-minute collaborative discussion group, CSA member Jennifer Vaden Barth will share a live challenge around M&A integration and managing culture when business strategy is moving faster than organisational foundations can keep pace. Jennifer's principal is exploring an acquisition that would bring a significant talent acquisition and an additional distributed office location, and she is looking for peer insight from members who have navigated similar territory, particularly around integration planning and sustaining culture during rapid growth.

​How the discussion will work This is a participatory session. Attendees will be asked to listen closely to Jennifer's context, ask questions to surface what sits beneath the challenge, and share practical insight from their own experience.
