​TALK 2: How to get the most out of markets (in english)

​von Karen Martin. She is a researcher by profession who also co-founded a local makers’ network and community in London. She believes makers can save time and energy on marketing by doing a (tiny) bit of research.

​I'd share ideas for how makers can use markets to get insights into their customers and non-customers. I'd give suggestions for questions you could ask, shorts scripts you could use to start a conversation and how to track and make use of what you learn. The suggestions will be easy to follow and only take a few minutes preparation and the results can give you ideas for where and how to promote your work.
