​Jay Dunlap
A fifth-generation Shasta County resident, Jay is CEO and owner of Sof-Tek, a Redding-based engineering and manufacturing firm serving clients including Lam Research, Applied Materials, Tesla, and Archer Aviation. Previously, Jay led Landacorp, a healthcare software company whose predictive modeling helped improve care for 55 million Americans. He has also advised Silicon Valley PE/VC firms and AI healthcare startups as an interim CEO.
