This session challenges the common idea that strategy is a document or plan. Instead, it reframes strategy as a set of decisions that determines what you do, what you don’t do, and where you focus your energy. When strategy is working, it removes ambiguity and makes future decisions easier before they even arise.
Through a structured five-phase experience, participants will:
Identify the “borrowed thinking” influencing their current approach.
Examine the assumptions they are unknowingly betting on
Test those assumptions through discussion and reflection
