Who is Joydip Das?
Joydip Das has spent almost 30 years doing what product managers are supposed to do: making things up, trying them out, and then explaining to everyone else why it was exactly what he meant all along. Along the way, he’s helped build SAP’s first cloud applications, been the first Head of Product at Krux Digital (later acquired by Salesforce to form the basis of its Customer Data Platform), and served as Chief Product Officer at Iress and Serko.
His career has taken him from scrappy startups to wrangling large enterprise software and leading global SaaS platforms in Silicon Valley and, more recently, in Australia. If there’s a pattern, it’s this: he keeps finding himself in the messy, human craft of Product. The part that doesn’t fit neatly into frameworks or slide decks.
Today, Joydip runs REWISE, an advisory practice for executives, boards, and product teams who want to think more deeply, work more wisely, and make better choices in the age of AI. It not only sounds good, but also conveniently keeps the client list self-selective, engaging and manageable. 😅
