

Breathe & Stretch
Breathe & Stretch is a 30-minute virtual gathering that weaves mindful breathing with gentle stretching. Each session is designed to release tension, open the body, and restore ease — leaving you grounded, refreshed, and connected to both yourself and the community.
Schedule:
9:25–9:30 AM PST – Arrival + settling in (please arrive on time)
9:30–10:00 AM PST – Guided breathwork and gentle stretching practice
10:00–10:10 AM PST – Optional community reflection & closing
NOTE:
This is a short and intentional practice. To honor the space, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the room.
