Closing time?: Roundtable On The Future Of Open Government In Northern Ireland
Open government in Northern Ireland stands at a crossroads. After years of limited progress and with no clear commitments on the horizon, the principles of transparency, accountability, and public participation face an uncertain future.
The Northern Ireland Open Government Network invites civil society organisations, campaigners, and community voices to a critical roundtable discussion on the state of open government. Together, we will reflect on what has been achieved, examine the challenges that have led to stagnation, and consider how we can work collectively to prevent the closure of this agenda in Northern Ireland.
This is an opportunity to connect, share perspectives, and shape a civil society response to the perilous state of open government—before it’s too late.
