South Summit is always intense: nonstop networking, back-to-back meetings, investors, startups, side conversations and thousands of people trying to make the most out of a few days in Madrid.
That’s exactly why the 4dev.com and Hit Hunt teams are hosting a smaller private dinner for founders, operators, investors and people building international companies.
We wanted to create a more relaxed space where conversations can happen naturally, without the usual conference rush.
A beautiful dinner, curated guest list, interesting people around one table and the kind of conversations that often become far more valuable than random networking during the summit itself.
The format is intentionally simple: • welcome drinks • short introductions • seated dinner • relaxed conversations throughout the evening
Alongside networking, we’ll also touch on some of the key company-building challenges international startups face: building high-performing distributed teams, hiring A-players across Product, Engineering and leadership roles, contractor management, cross-border payments, compliance, and the operational complexity that comes with scaling across multiple countries.
