Ivan Klarić started his career as a software engineer before moving into building and leading engineering teams across startups, scale-ups, and big tech, including five years at Google. He later helped scale Superbet’s sports engineering team across multiple markets and today works as a software consultant, bringing hands-on experience from both product and organizational sides of development.
Ivan Klarić introduces a three-part framework - velocity, completeness, and confidence - to better understand how AI impacts different types of teams, from startups to large product organizations.
The session connects real-world observations with existing research and turns them into actionable insights for engineers and managers.

Vedran is a Backend Engineer at Similarweb with 15+ years of experience in software development, spending most of his career building scalable web systems. He focuses on developer productivity, infrastructure, and applying AI tools like Cursor to real-world engineering workflows.
