​About the Speakers

​Janani Jayachandar

​​Janani has over 15 years of extensive experience in business finance and accounting in Hong Kong, holding an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Commerce. For the past three years she has successfully run her own bookkeeping and company secretarial firm, working with a diverse client base of over 200 SMEs in Hong Kong, ranging from salons to fintech companies.

​​Her technical expertise includes pricing strategy, event-based budgeting and controls, as well as quarterly and annual forecasting.

​​Beyond her professional work, Janani is deeply committed to community engagement, with a particular focus on initiatives supporting children, women, and youth financial education. She believes strongly in empowering the next generation with the financial knowledge needed to thrive in an evolving world.

​Anna Huo

​​Anna is the Founder of Money Action and a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 20 years of experience across banking, real estate, and private wealth. After decades working in traditional finance, she now helps women who are earning well but feel unsure or stuck around money build confidence and take control of their financial decisions.

​Through Money Action, Anna runs workshops, coaching programmes, and a growing community focused on making money easier to understand and act on. Her approach is practical, honest, and straightforward, helping women build a solid plan, know what their options are, and take confident steps forward.
