When was the last time you actually got to know someone new on a deeper level?
As adults, it almost never happens. You get dinner with someone for two hours. You grab coffee. You see people at events. Then everyone goes back to their lives.
The Builder House is different.
You land Sunday night and move into a house with seventeen other people: mostly founders, plus a few engineers, PMs, and operators. And for almost an entire week, you actually live together.

Coffee on the patio in the morning. Everyone working around the house during the day. Long lunches. Someone across the table has already solved the problem you’ve been stuck on for three weeks. People jump into each other’s products, make introductions, give feedback, and help without scheduling a 30-minute Zoom. Plus special guests all week.
A couple nights, we’ll throw demos on the TV and have seventeen smart people who build for a living talk about it. Other nights we’ll go downtown for dinner, grill at the house, play games, hang by the pool and hot tub, watch a movie, or just stay up talking.
There are very few opportunities in life to spend this much uninterrupted time with a small group of ambitious people. Enough time to get past the networking conversation and actually become friends.
Our hope is that you leave Austin with more than a few new contacts. You leave with a group of founders and builders you’ll call for advice, hire from, invest in, build with, and stay close to for years.
Come Sunday night or Monday morning, stay through Friday or Saturday. Under 25 minutes from Austin, Ubers under $50 to airport, and we'll have an SUV.

We’re charging by bed, based on the bed + room setup. Better beds and more privacy cost a little more. Pay via Venmo or invoice if needed. Separate female / male rooms available.

Absolutely no refunds because we are ordering size specific merch and making advanced prepaid reservations.
