Invitation-Only Dinner at OLHSO Restaurant

​Join us for a private dinner on Tuesday, October 6, at 7:00 PM on the back patio of OLHSO Restaurant in San Mateo.

​We’re bringing together a curated group of founders, investors, and friends who are curious about what we’re building. As Shin Starr approaches the close of its $12 million funding round, with $11 million raised and $1 million remaining, we’re gathering for a proper dinner to mark the occasion and enjoy an evening of great food and connection.

​This evening is simple:

​Enjoy drinks, dinner, and engaging conversation. The evening is an opportunity to get to know one another and see where meaningful connections lead. There will be time to hear more about us and what we’re building later on in the evening.

​About us:

​Shin Starr builds kitchens that run themselves. The restaurant industry is a trillion-dollar market running out of labor. Our autonomous kitchen serves chef-grade Korean food in a tenth of the space, with no staff on the line, at roughly 10x the margin of a conventional restaurant. OLHSO is the restaurant brand: the San Mateo flagship is run by an experienced team, and the Micro-Restaurant is the fully automated version we are now scaling.
