A virtual class for new mamas to reconnect with their bodies + minds, and the spaces in between. A blend of physical yoga practice, with a focus on pelvic floor recovery, core strength, chest and shoulder opening, and restorative rest –plus social-emotional support from a like-minded community.
Designed to rebuild strength, relieve tension, and connect with others navigating this journey of motherhood.
This is a space for healing, bonding, and growing into your new rhythm with patience, compassion, and support. Come as you are.
Babies are welcome - crying, feeding, and cuddling are all part of the practice. Recommended 4-6 weeks postpartum.
