About Event

Learn the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. This class is designed for anyone who has never lifted before and wants to build confidence, proper form, and foundational strength. You’ll learn safe lifting techniques, understand basic movement patterns, and gain the knowledge to use weights effectively and independently. No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and get stronger!

Led By Kayla Rose

Kayla is a certified strength coach with a passion for women’s health, functional movement, and long-term longevity. Her approach blends science-backed programming with down-to-earth coaching, making strength training feel both accessible and empowering. She focuses on form, confidence, and helping women build a body that supports them for life — not just for a workout. Expect thoughtful guidance, smart progressions, and a coach who truly cares about helping you feel strong from the inside out.
