

The 28-Day Digital Habit Shift: Reclaim Your Attention, Energy, and Time from Tech
Rooted in my personal experience overcoming phone and social media addictions, alongside my professional training as a psychedelic integration coach and board-certified coach-in-training, this 28-day challenge helps you explore how technology supports you, and where it drains your attention, energy, and time.
Each day offers a new reflection or practice designed to help you better understand how tech has shaped your habits, emotions, and relationships.
This is not about quitting tech or doing a harsh digital detox. It’s about choice, awareness, and coming back to real life.
Throughout the challenge, you will:
Reflect on the role technology plays in your identity, emotional patterns, and daily behaviors
Bring awareness to unconscious habit loops and gently reframe unhelpful tech use
Practice intentional habit shifts that restore your sense of agency and focus
Have honest, supportive conversations with loved ones about your tech use and tech boundaries
Engage with your community and experiment with more presence, in public, with friends, and with yourself
Reconnect with play, creativity, patience, and non–instant gratification
Step away from constant stimulation and return to your values, purpose, and inner clarity
Build your own personalized Mindful Tech System by Day 28, one that actually works and evolves with your life
Expect a mix of self-reflection, behavioral experiments, creative practices, community engagement, and screen-free experiences.
You’ll explore topics such as attention, avoidance, emotional regulation, choice points, play, presence, and intentional design of your environment.
⏰ Time commitment:
Plan to spend an average of 30–60 minutes per day.
You will only have 24 hours to complete each day!
On select days, you’ll be invited to complete activities in your community or participate in a mini tech retreat (at least 4 hours offline). You’ll always receive at least one week’s notice, so you can plan with ease.
