Breaking the Surface: A SpiraLogics Workshop on Restoring Creative Momentum
Creative blocks can leave us feeling frustrated and unsure of how to move a project forward. Breaking the Surface is a SpiraLogics workshop that explores what happens when creative movement stalls and how we might help it begin again.
Using the logics of spiral movement as an adaptive response to constraint, participants will reflect on a creative block and explore small shifts that can create a change in perspective and make movement possible. Through reflection and a creative exercise, the session will offer practical ways to build momentum and reconnect with a project.
This workshop is facilitated by Ruth Osman, who is teaching the 6-week course SpiraLogics: Using Spiral Intelligence to Navigate Change, Constraint, and Transformation as part of our Fall Semester.
