Women Who Lead Friendsgiving Community Night: A Two Part Event

The class is being offered at a highly discounted community rate. Regular classes are typically close to $70 and this special session will be at $35 for our community.
We are so grateful for this community. Join us for a pre Thanksgiving two part evening created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and step into the holiday season feeling grounded and supported. This night is all about connection, reflection and giving back to ourselves before the busy weeks ahead.
Event Details and Schedule:
Part 1: Community Happy Hour
7:00-8:30 PM
Join us at Treat Med Spa in Flatiron for a cozy community happy hour. We will gather for mingling, mocktails, music, treats, conversation and a moment to unwind together before we head to Othership.
Part 2: Community Free Flow at Othership
9:00-10:15 PM
We will then walk over to Othership for a calming free flow inside their sauna and cold plunge. This session is designed to help you release stress, reset your mind and arrive in a deeper state of presence for the holiday season.
What to Bring:
A bathing suit and an optional water bottle. Othership will also have water and cups available.

Each gathering is designed to prioritize mental health through movement, wellness practices, meaningful discussion and community connection. Offering founders a space to pause, reflect and recharge together.
After Hours Club is an art and wellness company and community that provides mindful immersive and creative experiences. Through unique workshops, meditative art activities, and wellness practices, we offer a safe space for individuals to express their emotions, decompress from daily stresses, and foster meaningful connections.
