AI in Real Estate: Practical Masterclass
A live 3-hour workshop for real estate professionals who want to use AI for actual work - not just better emails.
Thursday 06 August 2026
13:00 - 16:00 GST
Live (online)
Limited to 20 places
Over the last few years, I’ve been building AI products and implementing AI workflows into real estate teams.
I’ve seen what sounds impressive in a demo but never gets used. I’ve seen where AI genuinely saves hours of work. I’ve seen where it improves research, analysis and reporting -and where it creates risk, confusion or low-quality output.
The biggest lesson is simple:
Most real estate professionals do not need another generic AI course.
They need to understand how to turn AI into practical workflows for the work they already do: market research, deal screening, investment analysis, valuation support, reporting, asset management, client communication and internal knowledge management.
That is what this workshop is designed to teach.
In one live 3-hour session, I’ll show you how to think about AI properly, how to use tools like Claude and ChatGPT more effectively, how to build real estate-specific workflows, and how to start applying AI inside your own role, team or business.
You will leave with the AI workflows I wish every real estate team had before they started buying tools, hiring consultants or telling their analysts to “use ChatGPT”.

Workflow templates for investment, advisory, valuation and asset management tasks
Claude Project setup guide for real estate professionals
60-minute follow-up Q&A session

Is this right for you?
This workshop is for you if:
You know AI matters, but you need to understand what is actually useful.
You have used ChatGPT or Claude. You can see the potential. But you are not yet clear on which use cases are genuinely valuable, which tools to use, or how to turn AI into something your team can use consistently.
You work in real estate and generic AI training feels too shallow.
Most AI courses teach general productivity: write emails faster, summarise documents, create content.
Useful, but not enough.
This workshop is built around real estate work: deals, assets, markets, comps, valuations, reports, investor communication and decision-making.
You are responsible for making AI useful inside a team or business.
You might be a founder, fund manager, asset manager, broker, advisor, developer, operator, analyst or team lead.
You do not just need to “try AI”.
You need to understand where it fits, how to explain it internally, and how to build practical workflows around it.
You want to move from prompts to systems.
Prompts are the starting point.
The real value comes when you structure repeatable workflows: research loops, deal-screening templates, market maps, investment memos, valuation support, reporting processes and AI-assisted operating rhythms.
What you’ll be able to do after the workshop
You will leave with a practical understanding of how to use AI in real estate today.
You will learn how to:
Understand what AI actually is - and what it is not
A clear, non-technical explanation of modern AI, including models, applications, copilots, agents and workflow tools.
You will understand why tools like ChatGPT and Claude behave differently, and how to choose the right one for the task.
Use AI for real estate work, not generic productivity
Practical use cases across investment, development, valuation, advisory, brokerage, asset management and operations.
You will learn where AI saves time, improves analysis and creates leverage - and where it is still limited.
Build better prompts and reusable workflows
You will learn how to structure instructions, provide context, use examples, request structured outputs, and create repeatable workflows instead of one-off prompts.
Examples include:
Market research briefings
Deal screening memos
Comparable evidence summaries
Investment committee notes
Asset management action plans
Valuation support notes
Client emails and investor updates
Development and feasibility research
Set up Claude Projects for real estate work
You will learn how to use Claude as a practical workspace, including project instructions, knowledge files, templates and workflow-specific context.
By the end, you will understand how to create a Claude Project for a specific function, asset, market, client or team.
Understand AI agents and where they fit
Agents are where AI starts to move from answering questions to completing pieces of work.
You will learn what agents are, how they differ from chatbots, and where they can be applied in real estate.
Examples include:
Research agents
Market intelligence agents
Deal-screening agents
Document review agents
Reporting agents
Client communication agents
Workflow automation agents
Spot where AI creates real leverage and where it does not
Not every task deserves an AI workflow.
You will learn how to identify high-impact AI opportunities and avoid “efficiency theatre”.
You will understand where AI is powerful, where it is weak, and where human judgement and verification remain essential.
Think clearly about implementation inside your business
You will learn how to assess readiness, choose use cases, evaluate tools, manage risk and build AI capability within a team.
We will cover:
Where to start
Data quality
General vs specialist tools
Build vs buy decisions
Vendor selection
Human review and quality control
Change management
Internal adoption

About the instructor
Presented by Zakee Ahmed.
Zakee Ahmed is the founder of Buildable, an AI platform for real estate professionals.
Before building AI products for real estate, Zakee spent years operating inside the industry: raising capital, assessing sites, shaping development strategies, launching assets and managing portfolios of income-producing real estate at executive level.
Over the last few years, he has combined that real estate operating experience with hands-on AI product development, building workflows across market research, deal analysis, valuation support, comparable evidence, reporting and market intelligence.
Through that work, he has seen both sides of AI adoption: the workflows that genuinely save time and improve commercial output, and the tools that look impressive but fail to become part of day-to-day work.
This workshop is built from that practical experience.
It is not a generic AI presentation. It is a practical session on how real estate professionals can use AI for the work that actually matters.
FAQs
Do I need a technical background?
No. This workshop is designed for real estate professionals, not engineers. We will explain the technology in plain English and focus on practical commercial use cases.
Is this for beginners or advanced AI users?
It is designed for people who have experimented with tools like ChatGPT or Claude but want to use them more seriously.
If you are completely new, you will still be able to follow.
If you already use AI regularly, you will get more structured workflows and real estate-specific applications.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The recording will be shared with all registered attendees, whether or not you attend live.
What if I cannot attend live?
You will still receive the recording and all materials.
However, attending live is recommended because there will be practical examples, discussion and Q&A.
Will I receive the materials?
Yes. You will receive the slides, prompt pack, workflow templates, Claude Project setup guide and implementation checklist.
What tools will we focus on?
The workshop will focus mainly on Claude and ChatGPT, with examples of how specialist tools and AI agents fit into real estate workflows.
Is this specific to one real estate sector?
No. The examples will be relevant across commercial real estate, investment, development, brokerage, advisory, valuation and asset management.
The principles apply across sectors, but the examples will be grounded in real estate work.
Will this help my team, or is it just for individuals?
Both.
Individuals will leave with practical workflows they can use immediately.
Team leaders will leave with a clearer framework for how to introduce AI across a business or department.
Will this be hands-on?
Yes. The session will include practical demonstrations, workflow examples and templates you can reuse after the workshop.
Will I receive a certificate?
A certificate of completion can be provided on request.
Is this about Buildable?
No. The workshop is tool-agnostic and focused on how real estate professionals can use AI effectively.
Buildable will be included as a bonus trial for attendees who want to explore specialist real estate AI workflows after the session.
