About Event

Join our masterclass with CODI Agency Founder and Author, Lisa Teh, who will share how small businesses are actually using AI.

Pulling from work she's seen up close, small businesses are cutting video production time by over 80%, reducing team and founder admin, and automating work no one wants to do.

In this masterclass, Lisa will cover

  • A clear way to spot which parts of your business are actually ready to hand to AI, and which still need your judgement

  • Real examples of where AI has saved serious time for founders facing exactly the same headcount and bandwidth pressures as everyone in the room

  • Where AI gets things wrong, so you don't get burned trusting it blindly

  • A specific tool or workflow you can try in your own business this week, no budget or technical skill required

You'll walk away with a genuinely useful way to think about where AI fits in your own business.

About Lisa

Lisa Teh runs two digital marketing agencies, Mooning Agency and CODI Agency, and co-hosts the Byte Size podcast helping SMEs make sense of AI. She's a former Big Four tax lawyer who left law to build a marketing career from scratch, and now writes and speaks on personal branding, AI adoption, and entrepreneurship for outlets including SmartCompany, Women's Agenda, and Forbes.

She's the author of GET REAL: Honest Lessons for Business and Life from 30 Female Entrepreneurs, a collection of stories from female founders published by Hardie Grant, plus two earlier books, Australian Style and Australian Beauty.
