FOMO Cape Town invites you to join our exclusive FOMO Running Club - a weekly 5km morning run along Sea Point’s promenade. Whether you’re an early riser, a casual jogger, or just here for the vibes, this is your chance to move, connect, and start your day right!

Expect some easy stretches, friendly faces, beautiful ocean views, and a chance to grab a coffee at Juno afterwards for those who want to stay for a chat.

Event Details: Activity: 5km run along Sea Point promenade - ⏱️ Paces: 5:00/km and 6:00/km groups available

🕐 Time: Meetup at 7:30am for stretching & gathering, run starts 7:45am

📅 When: Tuesdays, Jan 20th

☀️ Pro Tips: Bring sunscreen, shades & a hat – it is hot!

☕ After Run: Optional coffee & chill at Juno
