About Event

In early 2026, Peter Steinberger’s OpenClaw project saw over 6,600 commits in a single month, driven by a single person with multiple AI coding agents in parallel — a real example of how agentic systems can change individual engineering velocity.

We are seeing:

  • Solo builders are shipping increasingly complex software.

  • Engineering output is becoming less tightly coupled to headcount.

  • The latest coding models (such as GPT-5.3 Codex) are producing production-ready code, shifting how we structure development workflows.

This meetup is about how engineers actually build with agents in production — beyond autocomplete, beyond demo projects.

We’ll look at concrete workflows, real tradeoffs, and lessons from teams experimenting with agentic coding in production. Expect short talks, live examples, and open discussion.

Who Should Join

  • Engineers writing and shipping code

  • Founders building product with small, high-leverage teams

  • Product builders experimenting with agentic development

If you’re actively building software and want to understand how agentic systems change day-to-day engineering work, join us!

To spark the conversation, we have invited several speakers, including Max Hudlberger, Applied AI @ OpenAI on Designing Long-Running Agents

Max will show how OpenAI's latest advancements in Codex and beyond enable developers and non-developers to build next-generation systems.

He’ll look at primitives such as persistent memory, reusable skills, and sub-agent delegation, and how they unlock long-running AI agents that operate across real development workflows. He'll show how Codex can manage codebases, execute shell commands, and orchestrate tools using the Responses API and real-time streaming.

If you're interested in building autonomous agents or AI systems that go far beyond a single prompt, this session will show you how the stack is evolving and how to start building with it today.
