We've been hosting these conversations for almost 2 years. The first two were during Accelerate: New York in 2025, Miami in 2026. From now on they're Solana Governance Talks.
The format doesn't change: a small, closed-door room of operators and stakeholders, off the record, working through where governance actually stands and where it should go next.
Plenty has shipped since the last one. The Constitution is ratified, staker override is live, the first SGPs have been voted. That's more progress in 6 months than the previous two years combined, and it raises harder questions than the ones we started with.
