​Make friends who care about stuff at Soapbox Helena, a pop-up community space for joyful climate action!

​You could be inside, doomscrolling on social media on a beautiful October night... or you could join us at Brothers Tapworks for dinner, live music, and imaginative conversations to weave the future of Montana.

​If climate anxiety, loneliness, and powerlessness have been gnawing at you with everything going on this year, Soapbox is here to show you a different way to gather.

​We talk a lot about how we need to "organize" and "find community" and "invest in third spaces," but all that is easier said than done. That's why Soapbox, a nonprofit building joyful community spaces for climate action, is hosting a week of pop-ups across Montana!

​​Our plan

​Dream Sessions is an intimate show with a local musician. Between every song, we offer you conversation prompts to think about our current systems, reimagine new ones, and talk about tradeoffs with new friends who want to make changes alongside you.

• ​6-7PM: Chomp & chat. Grab a planet-friendly meal (dinner is included) and a new friend

• ​7-7PM: Dream Sessions on the theme of civic futures, democracy, and climate action

• ​8-9PM: Mingle with your new friends on how you're going to take our conversations and make them real
