About Event

The hidden impact of stress, tension, and emotional overload on founders.

As founders and high performers, many of us spend years pushing through stress, pressure, overthinking, and emotional tension without realizing how deeply it affects our energy, decisions, focus, relationships, and even our body.

In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how unprocessed emotions and nervous system overload can quietly impact the way you work, lead, and live.

This is not just a mindset talk.

You’ll be guided through a powerful practical exercise to reconnect with your body, identify where tension is being stored, and experience a simple tool you can use to regulate yourself, release emotional pressure, and create more clarity and ease in your daily life.

If you’ve been feeling constantly “on,” mentally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in cycles of stress and procrastination, this session is for you.

About Meet More Doers

Meet More Doers is a community for people who want to take action and have a support system to learn from and grow together.

About Aly

Aly Breathe is an Embodied Mindset Coach who helps people release chronic pain, not by managing it, but by dissolving the deeper story that's been keeping it in place.

After years of working with women founders and leaders navigating invisible pressure and burnout, Aly discovered something profound: the body doesn't lie. Chronic pain is often the body's loudest signal that something beneath the surface needs to be seen.

Her clients come to her when they've tried everything, doctors, medications, physical therapies, and nothing has truly worked. Through deep coaching conversations, they begin to release what's actually been held in the body. The pain shifts. Often dramatically. And it doesn't come back.

Aly believes healing is possible in ways most people have stopped letting themselves imagine.
