​Pioneer Management Consulting's AI team will share how we've moved past the default setup to run Claude across our organization. We'll break down the building blocks (tools, MCPs, skills, plugins, and connectors), when to use what Anthropic provides versus configuring your own, how we standardize with an internal plugin marketplace and product template, and how we've wired Claude into GitHub for automated PRs and code reviews.

​It's technical enough for engineers and accessible to anyone looking to get more out of Claude at work.
