A creative and playful workshop combining improv, journaling, reflection, goal-setting, and light manifesting to help you discover or clarify your vision and turn it into inspired action.

Feeling creatively blocked, craving a fresh start, or just looking for some inspo for your next glow-up? The Goal-Setting Jam for Creatives is a two-hour DreamNudge workshop designed to help you reconnect with your vision and bring it to life through playful improv, guided journaling, reflection, light manifesting, and approachable goal-setting.

Why come: You’ll learn how to take the energy of inspiration and actually shape it into momentum: without pressure, burnout, or perfectionism. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and map your next chapter in a way that feels joyful, personal, and doable.

Who it’s for: Artists, writers, makers, creatives, and multi-passionate dreamers craving structure without losing their spark. Whether you’re rebuilding creative habits, starting something new, or just want to feel inspired again, this workshop offers a gentle reset for your creative life.

What makes it different: Led by DreamNudge founder Amy Jans, the session blends creative facilitation, humor, and reflective design to make goal-setting feel more like self-expression and fun, rather than self-help. DreamNudge is self-care for your creative spirit: a space to reflect, dream, and reset without pressure. You’ll laugh, journal, plan, and leave feeling grounded, creative, and re-energized.

Program:

1:00 – 1:10 PM — Arrival & icebreaker improv games (warm-ups to get to know each other)

1:10 – 1:30 PM — Guided journaling + crayon doodle journal

1:30 – 2:15 PM — Group reflection + Clarity Catcher exercise

2:15 – 3:00 PM — Goal-mapping & DREAM Goals & NUDGE Actions planning

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer sense of what you want to create or focus on next

  • An understanding of Dream Goals and NUDGE Actions: simple, doable next steps you can start today

  • Exercises to help turn overthinking or fear into calm and clarity

  • A DreamNudge Lite workbook to keep the momentum going and build habits for one week
