Redefine Success & Build Connections for 2026

​Join us for a cosy celebratory dinner with Women in Tech/SaaS in Amsterdam. We're so good at hitting our goals and moving on to the next one right away, but how often do we pause to recognise the growth that's already happened? This is why we're bringing together 12 women for an intimate dinner where we're creating space to celebrate what we've built this year and build genuine connections to set ourselves up for an amazing 2026.

​This is about real conversations over good food, connecting with other women who share similar career experiences and ambitions, and getting clear on what you want to create next year.

​What we're exploring:

• ​Properly celebrating our wins - That moment when you pitched your idea to leadership and felt confident, when you set a boundary with your manager and it actually improved your working relationship, or when you trusted your gut about a career move that felt risky but turned out perfectly. Whether it's a big milestone or something that might seem small, but felt huge to you, every win counts!

• ​Redefining what success actually means for you - Maybe success used to mean getting promoted every year, but now it's about having Sunday evenings that feel peaceful instead of anxious, or choosing your new role based on growth potential rather than just salary increases. We're creating space to define what success actually means to you so that you can move into 2026 with that confidence.

• ​Building connections that support your 2026 vision - The kind of relationships where you can share your ambitious career goal and get practical next steps, celebrate a promotion with someone who knows exactly how hard you worked for it, or brainstorm a side project with women who'll hold you accountable in the best way

​We'll all be sharing stories, insights, and probably a few "I'm so glad I'm not the only one" moments over delicious food and drinks.

​Dinner and drinks are pay-as-you-go at the restaurant.
