Democratizing Longevity: Founders Turning Innovation into Access (public event)
A conversation on mental fitness, longevity, and the science (and craft) of breathing.
Longevity is no longer a luxury — it’s becoming a collective opportunity.
In this event, we bring together two founders who are reshaping how people access health, wellbeing, and longevity in their daily lives.
From 59breaths, a breathing app focused on helping people regulate stress, improve mental clarity, and build sustainable daily habits, to B-Life, a state-of-the-art precision medicine clinic combined with a digital platform that empowers patients and the creation of the European Longevity Hub, these founders are building practical, scalable solutions that bring longevity out of labs and clinics and into the community.
Both speakers are international founders who chose Portugal as the place to build and scale their projects. During the conversation, we’ll explore their personal and professional journeys — what led them to work in longevity, why they chose Portugal, how the local ecosystem supports innovation in health and longevity, and why community-driven approaches are essential to democratizing access to longer, healthier lives.
This is a conversation about founder mindset, impact-driven health innovation, and making longevity real, accessible, and inclusive — for everyone.
