Session led by Jonathan Morgan:
Jonathan Morgan has spent nearly 30 years at the convergence of emerging technology and human-centered design. His helped launch of more than 75 products and services for companies including GE, IBM, Moen, Cleveland Clinic, Steris, and Canadian Tire. He now focuses his product strategy and service design expertise to the redesign of work with AI.
