Time: 9:30 – 14:00
Flow:
9:30–12:00 – Social padel tennis session with rotating matches for all levels.
12:00–12:30 – Guided ice bath with breathwork and a focus on safe, intentional cold exposure.
12:30–14:00 – Healthy drinks, fruits, light snacks, and simple connection games to meet other founders, creatives, and nomads.
Bring comfortable sportswear, a towel, and your racket if you have one; everything else is provided.
